President Joe Biden has been ridiculed online after making a series of gaffes while touring flood ravaged regions of New York and New Jersey on Tuesday, local time. The president went to areas that were damaged by Hurricane Ida, which hit the US northeast after battering Louisiana a week ago. The storm brought enormous floods with at least 50 people killed, including 13 in New York City.
