My 1 year body transformation, how I lost 100 lbs and gained muscles!
My year-long journey, started on January 1st 2021. I finally decided to do something about being obese.
I’ve been obese almost my entire life, but after becoming a parent, I realized that things needed to change.
I used intermittent fasting, CICO and cardio training to lose weight and dumbbell- and strength training to gain muscle, check out this reddit thread for details and discussion.
I want to thank both my family, friends and colleagues for the support, as well as the inspiration from the community on reddit’s intermittent fasting board, and a special thank you to the @juiceYoya YouTube channel () for great workout videos that I used a lot during my transformation.

I started at 270 lbs. (122 kg), 35 years old and 5 feet 8½ inches (174 cm)
