Few of us are lucky enough to have laws passed by parliament to make our pensions bigger, but the Pensions Increase (Pension Scheme for Keir Starmer QC) Regulations 2013 did the trick for the Prime Minister. No wonder he will not need the pensioners’ winter fuel allowance which his government has effectively abolished.
