LONDON: The Princess Diana 💑 and Dodi memorials at HARRODS

The Diana and Dodi Memorial at Harrods department store in London. Let’s travel to London and to Harrods department store to visit the famous Diana and Dodi Memorial. Since the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales, and Dodi Al-Fayed, Mohamed Al-Fayed’s son, two memorials commissioned by Al-Fayed have been erected inside Harrods to the couple. The first, The Diana and Dodi Memorial, located at the base of the Egyptian Escalator (which you see here), was unveiled on 12 April 1998, consisting of photographs of the two behind a pyramid-shaped display that holds a wine glass smudged with lipstick from Diana’s last dinner as well as what is described as an engagement ring Dodi purchased the day before they died. Innocent Victims is a bronze statue of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed, which has been on display at the Harrods department store in London, England, since 2005. It was commissioned by Dodi’s father Mohamed Al-Fayed when he owned Harrods, and designed by William Mitchell. PLEASE SUBSCRIBE ► #princessdiana #harrods #VicStefanu
