It dates to 1951. The Crespi estate, now known as the Crespi Hicks Estate, is considered by some to be the finest estate home in America. It is found in Mayflower Estates, a Preston Hollow neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. The film begins with shots of the Crespi estate in Dallas, Texas.
