Apically positioned flap with immediate implantation

Surgical approach 1. Layer to layer technique applied for contour augmentation on posterior buccal site. 2. Bed preparation has been done simulationally for Apically positioned flap at the 1st stage surgery. 3. Absorbable suture was applied when overlining was fixed.
