Russia Refuses to Provide Medical Assistance to Non-citizens (and Citizens Too)

According to Russian law, migrants from countries that are members of the Eurasian Economic Union can only receive an insurance policy in case of official employment. But getting a job in Russia is another challenge. Migrants from other countries are not entitled to an insurance policy at all. The same difficulties await refugees from Ukraine. Moreover, there are no qualitative medicines and medical equipment in Russia due to the Western sanctions, as well as healthcare as it is. So, citizens of the Federation are also overboard.
