It was featured on side one of the group’s sixth studio album Voulez-Vous and released as a single in December 1979. The single became a big hit, topping the charts in many countries and peaking at No. 2 in the UK over the Christmas week of 1979. Twenty years later, Irish pop group Westlife released a version of the song which reached No. 1 in the UK over the Christmas week of 1999. For my guitar cover I used a Custom Karaoke version Backing track available here :- For the main tune I used my Alan Brason custom Stratocaster with Kinman FV-HMS pickups on Mid position into an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP patch 0-36 and into Cubase SX6 on the computer. For The 2nd Guitar part I used my Alan Brason Restored 1963 Fender Telecaster. Video made using 3 x Panasonic VX870 4K camcorders and edited with the Cubase sound in Sony Vegas Pro 14.
