Muay Thai conditioning should be an evolving process just like the art itself. This is a sample routine that I’ve put togther for Muay Thai practitioners to take your training to the next level!! Round 2 of a strength and conditioning circuit designed for Muay Thai practitioners involving bag work, kettlebell, and medicine ball movements. Total of 8 intervals at 40 sec in duration with a 20 sec between freestyle bag work then dynamic movement.
