Амурские волны - Amur Waves

Composed by Max Kyuss, a Jewish Soviet Musician, after the onset of the Russo-Japanese War in 1905 where he served in Vladivostok. It is one of the more recognizable waltzes of both pre-revolutionary Russia and the Soviet era following it. It was inspired by the river Amur, located in the Russian Far East, hence gaining its name.
