Teaching how to Fire an assault rifle (R4) on Automatic

This video of me was taken on a recent training weekend. I was demonstrating and teaching both why firing on full-automatic is not normally desirable as well as how to control the rifle if/when you do have to fire on automatic... such as when you are the LMG Num 2 and the LMG Num 1 is busy changing belts.
