Best birthday present I’ve ever made - Restoration of a broken KitchenAid

My girlfriend has her birthday in May and because she is a passionate hobby baker I wanted to make her a very special diy birthday gift. A kitchenaid ultrapower ksm90 I found on the electrical scrap of my neighborhood. Of course I did not want to give a broken and extremely dirty kitchen machine. The machine had some problems. The paint had peeled off, the controls were broken. It was bent from a fall and it was stuck in the highest gear and ran very unevenly and noisily. After removing all the dirt from the kitchen aid and disassembling the machine, i was able to start restoring the ksm90 to a very special gift. I started the restoration by removing the old paint with the sandblaster. After the aluminum mold was completely exposed, i was able to dent it and repaint it in her favorite color.
