Item title reads - Hot Cold. M/S of heavy machinery and big wheels in factory which makes artificial ice. Containers are filled with water and lowered into bath of freezing salt and ammonia. The water freezes and the blocks are brought out by a crane arm, the blocks are then dipped into water of normal temperature. M/S of the blocks draining off and sliding out. Men stack them in tiers. M/S of a coke oven being stoked up, the gas from it is sealed in cylinders and frozen. M/S of coke, then chemical ice melting in the air.
