It’s time to switch things up a bit and try something new!.This pyramid workout starts with a single exercise and with each circuit we will add on a new exercise. When we hit 5 exercises, we will then make our way back down removing an exercise with each circuit until we are back to where we started - I know this may sound a bit confusing, but the best part is - all you need to do is follow along and do YOUR best!
