It was their fourth consecutive single to top the German Singles Chart, after “You’re My Heart, You’re My Soul“, “You Can Win If You Want“ and “Cheri, Cheri Lady“. The music video of “Brother Louie“ was directed by Pit Weyrich and contains footage from the 1984 film Once Upon a Time in America, interspersed with the band members playing on a stage surrounded by dancing fans.
