When Christmas Trees Are Lighted Soyuzmultfilm, 1950 New Year is coming. A girl, Lucya, calls Grandfather Frost (who plays a role similar to Santa Klaus) and orders gifts for herself and her brother Vanya. On the way, Grandfather Frost loses gifts intended for them. Grandfather Frosts granddaughter Snegurochka (Snow Maiden) is in a hurry to the city with the lost gifts. Malicious wolves are trying to prevent her, but the magic sleigh come in time to the beginning of holidays.
