Engage your core and make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat - super important! If you are not a beginner anymore, you can use this video as a Pre Ab Workout to activate your abs and get the maximum efficiency from your abs day. ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
