Mrs Lamar Fleming and other dignitaries walk across shipyard. Low angle shot of hull of large ship. Shots of the ship being moved by tugs are intercut with shots of shipyard workers. ship - the Dallas City. Pan along launching platform with dignitaries on. The platform is decorated with the Stars and Stripes American flag and the Union Jack British flag. MS men knock and push away wooden chocks from underneath keel of ship. More shots of dignitaries.
