The real, full size Wickham Works No. 6655 is BR WR Permanent Way Maintenance No 3776; then BR SR No DS3324. Purchased privately 1980, and named “Cadenza“. On the owner’s death, she was purchased by Alderney Railway chairman Roger Warren and rebuilt, though she always suffered from hay-fever and was later re built as an unpowered 12 seat trailer on a new underframe. Re imagined at 15 inch gauge in a fictional livery, powered by a radio controlled TOYAN Engine.
