Russia: Paratroopers and vehicles participate in massive military drills

Around 1,000 paratroopers jumped out of Ilyushin Il-76 aircraft during massive five-day-long drills taking place in the Pskov Oblast on Wednesday. Besides paratroopers, 20 combat vehicles were dropped by parachute out of the planes. Once the troops, tanks and other vehicles had landed, they began a 90-kilometre (56 mile) march to another shooting range in Krasniye Strugi.
