“Sending It” by The Dyneema® Project

The Dyneema® Project presents episode No. 3 of ‘Trailblazers’, a series of short documentaries titled ‘Sending It’: The mission to develop a revolutionary alpine jacket. Designer Conroy Nachtigall (Vancouver) was commissioned and The Dyneema® Project then travelled to Squamish, BC, in Canada: The ideal testing ground for this new ultimate jacket. Fifteen times stronger than steel and lighter than water, Dyneema® fiber has long been used to moor oil-rigs, sail ships, stop bullets and repair humans. As a fabric, it’s becoming increasingly popular with high-performance sports – from mountain climbing to extreme motorcycling.
