I Wanna Take The Timemachine 2 (Lunatic mode)

Ok, actually Reina was cleared about a month ago. So during that month THIS happened. Lunatic mode was quite an interesting experience. At some point it was even fun. But I’d rather not recommend to play this. 1-1: Welcome to the Lunatic. Fountains (with rings) caused some problem. 1-2: well, this was fine. 1 Boss: If doing 4 cycles is okay, than this one is ok (didn’t found consistant strat for the rocks). 2-1: Here the shitshow begins. The landing after long jump refresher segment is so horrible. 2-2: mostly ok, except for the diagonal(w/high jump) corner corner segment. Also (for both acts) long egg-busting segments with little dinosaurs and awkward jump in the end are questionable. 2 Boss: Shotgun is your friend. After learning how to build towers, this one is fine. 3-1: Best soundtrack in the game. That was enough to forgive a lot in this act (even tas drop). 3-2: But it wasn’t enough here. I’m not a big fan of rain-spotlight gimmick. Also searching jump refreshers in the darkness feels like a weird meme. 3 Boss: This one was quite an ass. It was hard to distinguish which markers explode now and which later. First exhausting boss. 4-1: This one is good except for the save with a lot of rings and tiny jumps. 4-2: And this one is better, but still has some minor inconveniences. 4 Boss: This is the one I like here. After learning the vortex pattern it’s going pretty good. Also backstep helps. 5-1: Shadowlink moment (mostly because of music). Weird save balance. Last jump is fucking meme. 5-2: Too much 16px. I don’t like doing it with this game physics. 5 Boss: Doing 5-6 cycles is boring, but at least it is consistant. Final Boss: Well, it’s really better than normal version. Some attacks feel more balanced and the boss itself feels more epic. But still fuck Veilac because of his confusions. Doing attacks such as act-act-act or Magnus rings inverted upside down is just not for me.
