Ingredient
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Whole Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Ginger chopped
3 No Green Chilli chopped
1 Cup Fresh Green Peas
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
¼ Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp Kasuri Methi
A Pinch of Turmeric Powder
Water as required
1 Cup Fresh Coconut grated
1½ Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
½ No Lemon Juice
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Carom Seeds
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Water as required
Method :-
1. Take a kadai on medium flame and heat the oil. Add cumin seeds, whole coriander, chopped ginger and chopped green chilli sauté for a minute.
2. Add fresh green peas, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and turmeric powder mix well.
3. Now add some water to it and cook till the water dries.
4. Mash green peas in it and mix it well.
5. Now add grated fresh coconut and mix well. Then side out in a bowl.
6. Add sugar, chopped fresh coriander and lemon juice in that bowl and mix well.
7. Take a large mixing bowl and add flour, salt, carom seeds, olive oil and some water and knead a stiff dough.
8. Now cover the dough with the help of a hand towel.
9. Take a dough and roll it into a long sheet. Now grease the olive oil with the help of brush and sprinkle some flour on it.
10. Now fold the sheet from both sides and roll it again.
11. Cut into round shapes with the help of a round cutter.
12. Now roll it like a small puri and dip your finger in water and apply it all around.
13. In the center of this rolled dough puri add 1 tbsp of the prepared stuffing.
14. Now just fold from all the sides and bring on top forming like a potli.
15. Similar way make all the potlis, and keep aside in a plate.
16. Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes. Now apply the oil using a cooking silicone brush, place the prepared Potli samosas.
17. Do not keep potli samosas close to each other. Place one in place of the other, brush oil on them and air fry 200°C in 20 minutes.
18. Now check to see how it’s getting done, based on this can adjust the time and temperature, if done then take out, if not done then can keep air frying for another 5 minutes.
19. Now brush some oil on top and side out in a serving plate.
20. Enjoy them with tomato sauce, ketchup, coriander chutney, or tamarind chutney. As you like.
