Italian troops lined up as Benito Mussolini (Il Duce) with several high ranking officers, rides past them on horseback. This is a great military review staged in honour of King Victor Emmanuel’s birthday. Various shots of the troops marching past Mussolini through magnificent streets of Rome - Coliseum is seen.
