No title. “Here’s “Hoppo“, champion of all frog jumpers. — Los Angeles, Cal.“ C/U of a frog which is being prodded. Eventually it jumps. High angle of the frog on a piece of cloth marked with a “starting line“. The frog does a jump then is pulled off the cloth and placed behind the starting line again. “He meets all comers!“ C/U of two frogs being tightly held. They are let go and they go jumping around.
