Diamond Eyes - Gravity | re-(i)magined

The first of three very special live performances from Diamond Eyes in this re-(i)magined series. Recorded at the prestigious Union Chapel in London in early September 2020. “Gravity was written during a turbulent time of my life, where there was so much happening around me I felt overwhelmed, my mind tired before I’d wake up & burnt out by the time I’d fall into my bed. ⠀ The song itself is about stopping in the midst of the chaos & finding peace for a moment. To appreciate being alive, even when your heart is troubled. ⠀ ⠀ Gravity means a great deal to me because when I wrote the song, it became a reminder that it’s good to slow down when life picks up, otherwise you go through life forgetting to live.“ The new EP i, Father is out now.
