A Soundtrack for life Music is the one thing on earth that can take you on an emotional journey in mere moments. How many times have you heard just a fraction of a song and found it brought back feelings, emotions and memories long forgotten? How can one song mean so many different things to so many people and still be nowhere near what the writer and composer had in mind when they created the song? True songwriters and composers do not create music to hit number one on the charts, they create to express themselves, tell stories and share a journey with the listeners. Breaking charts is a benefit and honor few songwriters ever achieve. When I write and compose, it is about the story and emotion. When I co-wrote and produced this track over a decade ago, it was an amazing experience as we recorded at the Warehouse Studios in Vancouver with a large group of vocalists and musicians from various backgrounds and genres who had never met previously to this project in support of the troops.
