Two young inmates were taken to a #prison hospital in Donetsk in August 1967. Both were healthy and the doctors had no intention of treating them. The surgeon had to remove the new #tattoos of these guys - this was the order of the administration. Their tattoos turned out to be illegal because they were anti-Soviet.
