QUEEN OF SWING takes the audience on a historical personal escapade from the 1930’s Swing Craze and black exodus to Europe, to her witnessing the election of America’s first black President. Along the way we meet her friends, household names and legends of jazz: Bill Cosby, Count Basie, Luis Armstrong, Red Foxx, Duke Ellington, and others. Big band swing music provided the pulse that fueled Norma and the rest
