The Death Metal Bangers of Botswana

When it comes to mosh pits, leather, studs and death metal, Botswana may not be the first place that comes to mind. But in this African country, death metal is thriving thanks to bands like Overthrust. Formed in 2008, Overthrust has become one of the country’s leading acts. Their fans include priests, pastors and diehard young head bangers.
