Inner force buffs onslaught and haste. After a few hours of using freeze pulse I developed a minor migraine from the flashing lights and fan noises from my computer. 10/10 would bring to rave. Dual Apep’s Rage are better than the Pledge of Hands because dark arts and the wands provide 80% increased vs 10% more cast speed. Build:
