- Rope Trainer (Post Workout)

This is a 7 minute burnout using the Marpo Kinetics Vector Rope Trainer. This machine is great for your arms, back, chest, hand/wrist, and will increase both your strength and stamina. You’ll notice I change grips and hand positions several different new hand position is simulating either hooking, top rolling, or standard rope pulling. I use this machine to mimic arm wrestling specific movements and this is an exercise that I perform after each full training day (Post Workout 3-4 days a week
