USG Ishimura speed build

The USG Ishimura (石村) was the flagship of the Concordance Extraction Corporation and the first Planet Cracker-class ship. The Ishimura was also the first vessel of its size to utilize the ShockPoint Drive for large-scale commercial and deep space expeditions.
