Iron Will Custom Machine Built Arrows

MACHINE BUILT ARROWS: For the most accurate and reliable arrow build possible, we developed a machine to precisely cut and square both ends of the arrow and install our HIT inserts. This never-before-seen precision produces consistent force through the nock and extremely precise alignment from nock to arrow shaft to point for the best arrow flight. BEST VANES FOR BOW HUNTING: To gain a scientific understanding of arrow flight with fixed blade broadheads, we sponsored a university study that featured extensive computational fluid dynamic modeling and empirical testing. Six of the top arrow vanes in the archery and bow hunting industry were studied along with new designs. When weighing accuracy, stability, drag, spin-up, wind drift, and sound together, the new Iron Will Hybrid Hunter vane was the top performer. We decided to offer these to our customers in full length shafts as well as precision machine built arrows to provide the most accurate and forgiving hunting arrow setup for Iron Will broadheads. THE ARROW BUILD: We start with a 5mm Easton Axis arrow shaft, which is made in the USA with Easton’s pultrusion process for inherently consistent mechanical properties. We then machine fletch three Iron Will Hybrid Hunter vanes to an accurate and consistent 3° right helical orientation. We add AAE IP Nocks standard to our custom built arrows for exceptional strength, consistency, and great string reaction. Combined with Iron Will HIT Inserts, Impact Collars, and Field Points, this new build process produces arrows with unmatched accuracy and consistency.
