NEW! Natalie Nazario - Baladi بلدي

New video released on Saturday, April 17 at Baladi El Show organized by @macabellydancer @raqsdanza Dedicated to Puerto Rico & Egypt. The world “baladi” (from Arabic بلدي) translate to “my country”. My new video will showcase “La Plaza de Santurce”, a traditional market where during the day you can find fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other local products. When I went to Cairo markets for the first time it reminds me Puerto Rico with a different taste. Two different settings with one same impulse of life, working for their families and for a better future, working from their country “Baladi” (بلدي). My great grandfather was a farmer, he used to come to the city to sell his fruits and vegetables, this video is dedicated to him too. To Jesús Pérez and all those farmers who continue working in the fertile land of Puerto Rico.
