Valerie And The Week Of Wonders - Real Surprise (Wonder Mix) Valerie & The Week of Wonders, were conceived at Glasgow School of Art in the early 80’s by Gerry Burns (now the leading Scottish artist Gerard M. Burns) & Brian McFie (subsequently The Big Dish & Marianne Faithfull Band) and were joined by Greg Kane (subsequently Hue & Cry) & Ewan McFie. Real Surprise was released on Piggy Bank Records in 1984 in the UK
