Prince William in Kuwait to Offer Condolences to New Emir

Prince William visited Kuwait on Monday to offer his condolences to the new Emir. Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah ascended to the throne after his half-brother Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah died on Saturday. A royal funeral for the previous monarch took place on Sunday. On Monday Prince William was one of many dignitaries from around the world who visited to pay their respects.
