Common to live shows of this period but a treat for those new to Nirvana’s live experience, ’Polly’ is one of the highlights of this compilation. This version has ben dubbed the “Punk Rock“ version, it is faster than Nevermind’s Polly, but slower than Incesticide’s New Wave Polly. Of the show as a whole despite mixed reviews from the press this is as good an example as any of a Nirvana show of the period. The show itself is intense and unrelenting and features an awesome jam of the Stooges’ ’I Wanna Be Your Dog’. One of the better live shows out there.
