Namco was a leading force during the halcyon days of arcade games. Pac-Man became the best selling arcade game of all time, making billions over the years and becoming an international popular culture icon. Namco was also known for creating other well known franchises such as Galaxian, Ridge Racer, Tekken, as well as the Soul and Tales series.
