Tesla Brakes Catch on FIRE | Model S Plaid

We installed the Unplugged Performance carbon ceramic Big Brake Kit UPGRADE on my 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid last week. Prior to the install, I wanted to get an idea of how good (or bad) the stock brakes were... so we did some stop tests. Our plan was to go from 100 mph and stop completely at zero… rinse and repeat x10… But when we got out there and started driving, I decided to hit 100, and then hard brake until around 20 mph or so… The timing on the screen, I went frame by frame to start the timer as soon as I started braking, and the timer stops at 30mph (to be as consistent as I could between the multiple braking sessions). Not the perfect scientific testing conditions, but it will give an idea of how quickly we are stopping and how the brakes are handling the back to back action.
