This is Milo Ventimiglia and Chris Evans in the pilot episode of Opposite Sex (2000) singing I Will Survive dressed as girls. Allison Mack is also in it towards the end, as well as other girls I don’t know. I also didn’t know the name of the third guy, but fabulbabe pointed out that he is Kyle Howard :)
