Chilli Garlic Paneer is a popular Indian dish that combines paneer with a flavorful chili garlic sauce. It’s a delicious and spicy vegetarian appetizer or side dish. #chilligarlicpaneer #garlicpaneer #chineserecipe #streetfood Ingredients Quantity Paneer 250 gms Salt ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Green chilli chopped ½ tsp Red chilli sauce 1 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Refined flour 3 tsp Cornstarch 2 tsp Oil for deep fry 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped 1 tsp Garlic chopped 2 tbsp Green chilli slit 4 no Chilli flakes 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Soy sauce 2 tsp Green chilli sauce 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 tsp Assorted bell peppers diced ½ cup Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp Method For Marination • Cut paneer into cubes and transfer into a bowl. • Add salt, black pepper, chopped green chilli, red chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder and mix it well. • Add refined flour, cornstarch and toss it well. • Use spoon or hand to make sure that it coats the paneer properly. • Remove coated paneer in a plate, leaving residue back in the bowl. • Deep fry the paneer in hot oil. • Remove fried paneer on a tissue paper and keep it aside. Recipe Method • Heat oil a pan. • Add garlic and sauté it. • Add chopped green chilli, slit green chilli, chilli flakes, black pepper, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli powder, salt, vinegar and mix it well. • Now add Paneer and mix to coat it in the sauce. • Add bell pepper if needed and sauté it for some time. • Add spring onion and mix it. • Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
