During the blackout, a cat gets lost and Rachel starts looking for that cat and bumps into an Italian guy Paolo and is clearly smitten by him. Ross gets almost a heart attack when he sees Rachel Kissing Paolo. Ross also calls Paolo a “Crap-Weasel“.
