Myself & Cesaro, aka The Bar, took on a CrossFit Challenge workout against Seth Rollins & Joshy G, aka The Dead Boys, in Chicago. Now, you may think that Mr. CrossFit Jesus & Mr. CrossFit Trainer To The Stars would have a major advantage against a non-CrossFitter like myself but I had Big Tony Cesaro by my side, so we reckoned we could take them. Joshy created a 16 minute AMRAP workout over two rounds with each team tagging in-and-out to try to get the maximum number of reps and calories racked-up. With Rowers, Bench Press, Power Cleans and Box Jump sets, various elements favoured each team. But who would win? Brave Change.
