Ukraine: Ceasefire continues to be breached - OSCE

Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug held a press conference in Donetsk, Tuesday. Hug stated that OSCE observers have been continually “held up“ at checkpoints around East Ukraine and that explosions and gun shots were heard, proving that the ceasefire is still being breached.
