Emphysema is a condition in which the air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs are damaged, resulting in reduced gas exchange and shortness of breath. Actually Lung Emphysema is COPD but pathologically or radiologically defined and Chronic obstructive bronchitis (clinically defined).
