Film begins by quoting the old saying: “Hitch your wagon to a star.“ “But if, instead, you’ve only ’skis’ try hitching on to this...“ A young woman is helped into the cockpit of a plane. The plane taxis along a snowy plain pulling a man and woman on skis behind it. Spectators watch as they ski past. M/S of a biplane pulling along a man on a kind of boogie board - a large ski for two feet. Birds eye view of the man being pulled along by the aircraft. “Who said “Rocked in the Cradle of the Deep?“ asks an intertitle.
