A Time-lapse Sculpture

This was made using a cheap webcam on a metal frame mounted on my drawing board. I used VideoVelocity time-lapse software set at one frame per second, and edited the result with VideoPad. The picture quality is poor, but I am about to make another using a better camera. The actual sculpture was made in modelling wax and probably took 10-12 hours in several sittings. The subject matter is dream-inspired. The background music is ’Une Barque sur l’Ocean’ by Ravel, played by Svyatoslav Antipov.
