The kids love this breakfast and I love how healthy, filling and versatile it is! Make my bircher style recipe using oats, dried fruits, seeds and milk and leave to soak overnight. The oats plump up and the dried fruits become deliciously chewy. Top with banana, yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts and drizzle with honey. My children like it best when I layer it up in a jar so they can eat it on the way to school but it’s just as good eaten in a bowl at the table if you want to be more traditional!
