Fixing the Sloppy Gear Shifter in the Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart the Right Way: Part 2

I had a sloppy gear shifter and had improved the feel using a 3d printed shifter bush. However I was not happy with the previous attempt to tighten up the rod holding it all together. I think I got it right this time.
